1, 2006 VERNON,
B.C. - Monashee Surveying and Geomatics is pleased to announce that they have
entered into an asset purchase agreement with Shoesmith Land Surveys (SLS). "The
acquisition of SLS is a very positive step for us and under the agreement we
will retain all of the existing staff of SLS" says Rob Tupper, B.C.L.S.,
